‘Drink it’ is a prototype for a gamified sink with an interactive mirror that aims to remind people to drink enough water. The user is rewarded with an animation on the mirror that progresses based on how much water is removed from the sink. Not only does this promote a healthy habit, it also encourages reuse of bottles.
In this five-man project, I contributed to building and designing the installation and made a prototype with Arduino of a metre that would measure the amount of water entering and leaving the sink.
